Divestor Investments is incorporated pursuant to the British Columbia Business Corporations Act in 2003.

The Divestor portfolio has been successful in identifying undervalued opportunities in the marketplace, resulting in substantial outperformance relative to the major indicies – from the end of 2005 to the end of 2010, the Divestor portfolio has performed at +173%, compared to +19% for the S&P/TSX Composite. The most notable accomplishment was in 2008, where the portfolio only lost 9% of its value compared to a loss of 40% for the S&P/TSX Composite.

Its founder and managing director is Sacha Peter, a resident of Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. Sacha has a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Management Accountant. Some of his other past experiences include working as a systems engineer for a large company specializing in air traffic control and air defence systems, policy and communications work in the political domain, and financial analysis.

Sacha has been profiled on the Globe and Mail’sMe and My Money” series and has been interviewed for a wide range of other issues ranging from opinion on local public park policy to the not-so-serious discussion on buying lottery tickets.

    Love the site…..Can you tell me what you think will happen to SSI (SSI.DB) debenture holders now that this mess has unfolded the way it has. I listened to my broker and held this turd.

    I have a call in to the CFO but nothing back….
